This belfry was built in 1926, in the place where the ancient belfry rose “gothice elaborate et procerae altitudinis et formae piramidalis” (in gothic style, very high and of pyramidal shape). This old belfry had been damaged many times by lightning and was finally destroyed by an earthquake. Behind you there is another XV century house, with a coeval fresco, unfortunately not well restored. Now we will walk along palace Lucarini  to get to the next point.
